Darrien Howard has more to prove

Coach Meyer conversation with Howard
4* LB Darrien Howard visited the Buckeyes for Junior Day on 2/12/2012 and was one of the few that met Coach Urban Meyer for 1 on 1.
According to Howard, “Meyer told the Linebacker he just recently saw his film a few days ago and was impressed. Said the kid hits like a brick wall and covers sideline to sideline well.”
Coach Urban Meyer told Howard he wants him to be a Buckeye but will continue to learn more about him before a offer is given.
Coach Meyer told the 6’2 250lbs. LB to continue his speed training and plan to be back to visit the Buckeyes in the spring and for summer camp.
